The course aims to provide the theoretical and practical knowledge required to understand the anatomy of the lymphatic system as well as to learn the current methods for pre and intraoperative visualisation of lymphatics. In addition, it focuses on modern lymphatic microsurgery techniques. All through hands-on dissection sessions on a living model (pig), with two trainees per operating table supported step-by-step by experienced tutors.

The course is reserved to 14 medical doctors.
